Outpatient Services: Our Programs
Overcoming addiction is a continuous journey, and the the road to recovery doesn’t stop after attending a 30-day inpatient program. Staying clean, sober, and healthy is a lifelong commitment, and every step you take without the burden of addiction is a step in the right direction.
A stay in inpatient treatment is a strong way to start your recovery, but continuing on a positive trajectory requires a continuum of care. According to the National Institute on Drug Abuse, it’s scientifically proven that the longer a person stays in treatment, the more successful their recovery process will be.
At The Treatment Center Outpatient Services, our patients are encouraged to extend their treatment in outpatient therapy as long as necessary. It is our mission to provide all patients who enter our programs with a full continuum of care, including holistic services, medical services, case management services, and court-liaison services. Our compassionate, professional team will guide and support you through your journey, no matter what course of treatment is best for you.
What Is an Outpatient Program?
Unlike inpatient treatment programs, which involve living full time in a treatment center to address serious, debilitating addiction, outpatient treatment is not residential and can be completed in conjunction with your normal life, including work and school. Instead of living at a center, you will attend a rehabilitation facility up to seven days a week.
Your unique course of action will depend on your addiction, your progress, and the treatment approach best suited to you, but can include individual counseling sessions, group sessions, drug regimens, and more. Most therapies will take place for one to three hours in the evenings and on weekends, allowing you to work around the demands of daily life.
With numerous available tracks, The Treatment Center Outpatient Services provides an enriching, fulfilling intensive outpatient atmoshphere. We realize that treatment is a deeply personal journey, and we are here to help you find your path to a sober future.
How Can an Intensive Outpatient Program Help Me?
Outpatient treatment is an excellent way to continue on the road to long-term well-being. Functioning as both a stand-alone treatment option as well as a complement to inpatient services, we are dedicated to helping you find the right environment to support and uplift you as you continue with your recovery.
Outpatient therapy is designed to be a formative step in your journey, helping you to achieve a secure, abstinent lifestyle. After accomplishing sober living for at least a month in a residential or partial care environment, an intensive outpatient program can then help you continue your sobriety, using peer support and therapeutic resources to help you live an independent life once more. Our programs allow you to personalize your treatment in a way that best facilitates positive progress, assisting you as you embrace a substance-free life.
Intensive Outpatient Tracks
The intensive outpatient tracks at The Treatment Center pair those overcoming addiction with numerous outlets for healing and healthy living. Ranging from art therapy to Christian-based counseling, our expansive team of counselors and support staff will stand by your side as you complete your treatments.
All of our IOP programs offer only the highest standards of care to address unique patient needs. Our patients can choose among several tracks specialized to different recovery options, such as:
One of the oldest and most effective forms of addiction therapy, 12-step programs combine tenets of accountability, faith, and dedication to support a substance-free lifestyle. Introduced in 1935 by the founders of Alcoholics Anonymous, our 12-Step Traditional Track combines personal and group therapies with educational programs to teach patients about addiction, the steps to recovery, and how to prevent relapse.
Advanced Recovery Track
Our Advanced Recovery Track is intended for patients who have been through traditional treatments in the past and have a history of chronic relapse. This program provides added support to both prevent relapses and teach defensive strategies, using self-confidence and personal motivation to inspire a permanent state of sober living.
Art therapy can be a powerful tool, helping patients to explore their inner motivations, thoughts, and feelings. Through forms of expression like art, music, dance, and writing, patients can improve communication skills and explore a healthier way to express frustration, pain, and anger. This track combines both artistic creations with education and therapy, offering a productive and supportive outlet for healing.
Many addictions arise from use of legal and regulated drugs. Our Pain Management program is intended for those with a history of opiate addiction and those who suffer from chronic pain and are unable to take traditional medications due to previous addictions. In order to combat pain and promote safe healing, patients can receive holistic services including acupuncture, massage, chiropractic and laser treatments, hypnosis, yoga, and more.
For those who find strength in the power and love of God, our Christian-based 12-step program, the Road to Freedom, infuses the power of faith with the effectiveness of a traditional step-based rehabilitation structure. Our Faith-Based Track pairs patients with devout therapists, counselors, and pastors, using Christian values to find a way above the grasp of addiction.
If the formative behaviors and ideas of your past are holding you back, the Dialectic Behavior Therapy Track can help you re-frame your experiences in a focused, targeted way. Through this intensive therapy, patients will learn and apply skills that will decrease emotion dysregulation and unhealthy methods of coping with strong emotions.
